Baker brings over 20 years of experience in the retail and luxury sectors to her new role at Canada Goose. She previously held senior leadership positions at Nordstrom, where she oversaw all aspects of the women's business, including product development, merchandising, and store operations. Baker's deep understanding of brand building, customer engagement, and omnichannel retailing will be invaluable as Canada Goose continues to expand its global reach.

Bowden, who has served as Canada Goose's Senior Vice President of Finance since 2018, has extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and capital markets. He previously held senior finance roles at Maple Leaf Foods and Constellation Brands, where he played a key role in driving growth and profitability.
